Are you looking for a part-time position with a great schdule? Look no further, this position is for a Part-time Office Assistant that works Monday through Thrusday, 10am to 4pm. Off every Friday, Saturday and Sunday!!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Addresses departmental mail and telephone calls, pertaining to questions of residents, general public, applicants regarding the application and admission process
· Receives and distributes mail, documents and packages as required
· Maintains and processes correspondence (form letters, notifications, leases, etc.) to clients, post details of maintenance order completion survey
· Scans required documents
· Provides administrative support as required
· Performs other related tasks as assigned
- Serve as receptionist.
- Perform Clerical tasks in accord with established procedures.
- Prepare and process work orders to service maintenance requests and ensure work is done timely and efficiently.
- Scan documents as required.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Education
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of formal education in office procedures, business administration or a related field of study.
Experience
Must have 2 years in administration
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
