Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a fully livensee provider located in San Antonio, TX, with flexibility for remote work. The individual in this role will provide direct clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, maintaining clinical documentation, and participating in case consultations. The role also involves assisting with outreach initiatives and contributing to the development of culturally responsive treatment that align with the center's mission of decolonized, client-centered care.
Qualifications
Advanced
- knowledge in providing individual, group, and family therapy- Play Therapy and EMDR a plus.
- Skills in conducting assessments and developing culturally attuned treatment plans
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical documentation and adhering to ethical standards
- Strong communication, active listening, and empathetic interpersonal skills
- An understanding of trauma-informed care and approaches to addressing systemic oppression
- Relevant experience or coursework in mental health, social work, or counseling
- Fully licensed in state of TX and CO
- Commitment to inclusivity, decolonized mental health practices, and working collaboratively in diverse environments
- Ability to work effectively in both in-person and remote settings
