Job Description:
Outpatient Therapist
Innova Recovery's mission is to be the leader in the field of trauma recovery. Innova Recovery offers individual and family therapy, Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Program, and a women's Residential Treatment Center. The Ideal candidate is trained in trauma-informed A.R.T., E.M.D.R., and/or other trauma-focused therapy modalities.
This role is a part-time, in-person position.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Will create, monitor, and update client treatment plans
- Be able to complete assessment and diagnosis in a timely manner
- Provide evidence-based treatment working with trauma, individuals, adolescents, couples, substance addiction, and eating disorders
- Ensures timely and accurate clinical intervention and documentation
- Ensure completion and accurate timesheet entries and Electronic Medical Records notes within 48 hours of client encounters
- Consults with Leadership in situations in which additional direction and information are needed
- Participates in mandatory monthly staff meetings to stay updated on policy changes and announcements
- Maintains professional and solution focused demeanor
- Maintains current licensure and certifications as required by the State of Texas
- Any other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:
- Master’s degree in mental health-related field
- Current Texas State License (LPC LMSW, LCSW, LMFT)
- Must be able to provide own electronic work equipment for self; such as laptop.
