What you’ll do
- Grounds (daily): Run the chipper, handle brush/logs, and keep the site clean and safe.
- Climbing (as applicable): Perform pruning/removals, operate a bucket truck, manage rigging, and communicate efficiently with the ground crew.
- Equipment & logistics: Drive trucks, load/unload gear, and help with general equipment care.
- All-hands mindset: Regardless of role or experience, we tackle every task as a team—titles don’t matter here. Tasks vary by job and day.

You’re a fit if you have
- Experience in tree work (preferred)—grounds or climbing.
- Chainsaw and chipper familiarity; comfortable with heavy lifting and repetitive movement.

- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute consistently to our yard.
Nice to have
- CDL preferred; not required.
- Climbing experience.
- Bucket truck operating experience.
- Comfort with small-engine/equipment maintenance.

Schedule
