Job summary
We are looking for a reliable Tree Service Laborer to support our crew with tree removals, trimming, debris cleanup, and equipment handling. This is a full-time, year-round, outdoor position for someone who is physically fit, enjoys working with their hands, and wants to grow in the tree care industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with tree trimming, removals, and stump grinding on residential and commercial properties
- Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment (chainsaws, blowers, chippers, ropes, etc.)
- Load, haul, and unload brush, branches, logs, and other debris from job sites
- Help set up work zones and safety measures, including cones, signs, and traffic control when needed
- Follow directions from crew leaders and arborists and communicate clearly with team members
- Keep trucks, equipment, and job sites clean, organized, and safe
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders or climbing gear (training provided)
- Experience in tree care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, and take direction
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Schedule
- Full-time
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season
