- Prepare, review, and organize shipping and logistics documentation.
- Ensure all operational files are complete and accurate.
- Maintain electronic and physical records following company procedures.
- Verify documentation before shipment execution.
- Coordinate daily activities with operations, warehouse, transportation providers, and customers.
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support scheduling and operational planning.
- Assist in resolving operational issues promptly.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding shipment documentation and operational updates.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to obtain required information.
- Ensure timely responses to customer requests.
- Update operational systems and internal databases.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
- Monitor shipment milestones and documentation status.
- Maintain accurate operational records.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company procedures.
- Identify documentation discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or operations coordination.
- Experience handling shipping documentation is preferred.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
