Administration Specialist

Tree Brand Packaging, Inc is seeking a detailed-oriented and trustworthy Administrative Specialist to join our team in Decatur, AL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and record keeping.
• Support HR functions including onboarding, new hire paperwork and employee file management.
• Maintain and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Handle shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Provide general administrative support to the team.
• May handle other office duties as needed.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in administrative, accounting our HR support roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must pass a background check.
