TREC-Badlands Head Start: Prenatal to Five has an exciting opportunity for a person interested in working as a Human Resource Specialist/Fiscal Assistant in Belle Fourche, SD. Strong communication skills, HR and Fiscal experience is required. HR duties will include supporting staff recruiting and advertisement, overseeing HR records, background checks, time sheets/payroll recap, unemployment reports, retirement forms, worker’s compensation reports, assuring compliance with group health plan, and assisting Fiscal Specialist as needed. A degree in Business/Human Resources or a related field is required. This is a full-time, full year position. Valid driver’s license, background checks and drug testing will be required.
