Location: Raritan, NJ (Hybrid– 3 Days/Week)
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst with expertise in Business Analysis, Reporting & Analytics, and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reporting, analytics, and process automation solutions while supporting continuous improvements across enterprise reporting platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to deliver reporting and analytics enhancements.
- Perform solution testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect validation, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Manage enhancement requests, bug fixes, release planning, and deployment activities.
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions that improve business performance and decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvements across reporting, analytics, and automation platforms.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables while following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Analytics Consultant, Product Delivery Analyst, or Senior Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and reporting/analytics solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and managing stakeholders.
- Experience with UAT, defect management, production support, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Knowledge of Alteryx, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or CRM environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise reporting, business intelligence, and analytics initiatives.
