- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare domain.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and operations.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and JAD sessions.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, QA, developers, and project managers.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, and reporting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar BA tools.

- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop process flows, workflow diagrams, and use case documentation.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
- Support solution design by translating business requirements into functional specifications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Assist QA teams with test case reviews and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Track requirements and ensure complete traceability from requirements through implementation.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure solutions align with pharmaceutical industry standards, regulatory requirements, and business processes.
