Role : Salesforce Developer Location: Hartford, CT – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week)
Must-Have Skills
10 years of Salesforce Development experience.
3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Strong experience with Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Experience with Aura components.
Mandatory experience with Agentforce and Agent Script.
Active PDI certification with a valid Trailhead profile link.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and development best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with onshore/offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, and formulas.
Configure custom objects, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure secure and scalable Salesforce solutions.
