Position Summary
We are seeking experienced QA Leads and QA Managers to join a large-scale banking technology initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, API testing, CI/CD practices, and leadership within enterprise banking environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA teams in planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts.
- Perform API, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Mentor QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
- Ensure testing processes comply with enterprise quality standards.
- Provide regular project status updates and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 12 years of Quality Assurance and Test Automation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript.
- Expertise in Selenium Automation.
- Experience with API Testing (REST/SOAP).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with IGNITE.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with the Karate Framework.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Experience leading QA teams or managing quality engineering initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
