- Target candidates with true production support/SRE experience not just software developers.
- Must understand and apply Google SRE principles in real environments.
- Candidate should explain SRE vs DevOps, DevOps lifecycle, SLI/SLO/SLA, operational excellence, incident management and reliability.
- Strong Java required. Terraform is mandatory. Cloud experience required (AWS preferred; Azure/Google Cloud Platform acceptable).
- Need Infrastructure as Code, automation, monitoring, dashboards, observability, CI/CD.
- Scripting: Python, Shell/Bash, PowerShell or Batch. Candidate must answer practical scripting questions.
- Support 50 internet/SaaS applications. Production ownership and backlog management expected.
- Need engineers who improve systems, automate manual work, question processes, collaborate daily not order takers.
- .NET and Windows familiarity are nice to have.
- AWS Solutions Architect certification is a plus.
