Summary
Treatment Trends, Inc. is seeking an IT Assistance to train under the IT Coordinator. This role will help support our 8 Lehigh Valley locations with all of their technology needs. We offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Treatment Trends Inc. while making a meaningful impact in the community. The goal will be for this position to grow into a full-time role.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with technology vendors
- Participate in computer installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Assist in implementation and usage of technology including, but not limited, to company computers, security systems, networks, and phones/fax/copiers
- Assess and respond to staff issues where technology is involved
- Ensure company technology meets regulatory obligations pertaining to TTI, such as HIPPA and PCI Compliance
- Ensure company files are adequately backed up and systems are in place to support outages or technology failure
- Ensure electronic company files, networks, emails etc. are secure
- Participate in supervision with supervisor
- Attend meetings, as assigned, including but not limited to: weekly admin meeting, Board meetings, Leadership meetings, etc.
- Attend trainings to meet the TTI annual requirements, as well as DDAP requirements.
Qualifications
- Three years of IT experience, or a degree in a relevant field
Experience with the following products is preferred/helpful:
- Windows 10 LTSC & 11 Pro
- Office 365 and Office 2021/2024
- Windows Server 2019/2022
- Hyper-V and Active Directory
- Connectwise
- Bitdefender
- Unifi switches
- Blue Iris
- Backup Assist
- ESI phone system
