About the Role

As the Senior Brand Manager, Portfolio & Innovation, you’ll lead the development and execution of consumer-centric innovation and portfolio strategies across the Americas region. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to bring new products to life, manage a select portfolio of regional brands, and drive key initiatives that shape the future of our business. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, brand building, and navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

This is a remote role with preference for candidates in major metro markets in New York, California, Florida and Texas. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead innovation projects from ideation through launch, collaborating with brand, insights, supply, and commercialization teams
  • Identify consumer and category trends to inform pipeline development and product strategy
  • Manage the innovation budget and ensure alignment with commercial goals
  • Drive portfolio initiatives and champion a culture of continuous improvement and consumer-centric thinking
  • Oversee strategic brand management for select regional brands, including planning, SKU rationalization, and toolkit updates
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to optimize pricing, assortment, and channel strategy


About You

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • You bring 7 years of experience in marketing and/or innovation, ideally in CPG or alcohol beverage industries
  • You’ve successfully launched innovation projects and managed brand portfolios
  • You’re highly collaborative and skilled at influencing across functions and levels
  • You’re detail-oriented with strong project management and communication skills
  • You’re strategic and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into action
  • You thrive in ambiguity and are energized by solving complex problems
  • You understand the broader business landscape and value chain

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $127,000 to $160,000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
