What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist Office Administrator position at Treasure Coast Paverscape?
We are a growing hardscape installation company looking to add an Office Administrator at our main showroom. You will work a set schedule that’s free of weekend and evening hours (Monday through Friday 8am to 4:00pm). If you can help our company to run smoothly and are committed to doing your best work, then we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Schedule estimate appointments
- Maintain calendar of estimate appointments with Outlook
- Be able to provide accurate information about our services. Don't worry - we will teach you
- Greet visitors to our showroom
- Maintain Sales schedule
- Oversee social media accounts, creating/updating posts, and assisting with marketing using social media
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, ie: creating invoices, email correspondence, data entry, record keeping
Skills needed
- Effective communication and people skills
- Good organizational abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Bilingual communicators preferred
