Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing and selling our range of commercial and residential tilt-turn windows to contractors, builders, and homeowners. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients in both the commercial and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Present and demonstrate the benefits and features of our tilt-turn windows, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of each client.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and closing deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the window market, with knowledge of tilt-turn windows being a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as required.
