What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Supervisor - 000 TRDI/ENT position at TRDI?
Hourly Rate: DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Shop & Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily workflow, shop safety, parts procurement, inventory counts, and material ordering to minimize equipment downtime.
Personnel Management: Direct authority over shop staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, conducting performance reviews, administering corrective actions, and approving promotions.
Shop Management Systems: Utilize ShopBoss to create, assign, and track work orders, monitor labor efficiency, and maintain maintenance records.
Multi-Site Fleet & Equipment Tracking: Track, schedule, and coordinate routine maintenance, inspections, and logistics for vehicles and heavy equipment deployed across various TRDI field locations.
Qualifications
3–5 years of supervisory experience in shop operations, warehouse logistics, or fleet maintenance.
Proficiency with ShopBoss or equivalent shop/fleet management platforms.
Strong leadership abilities with full-lifecycle personnel management experience.
Solid understanding of vehicle/equipment logistics and multi-site asset coordination.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
