In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required—just a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. Some requirements for this position: No Dialysis experience is required! - We WILL train! Paid on-the-job training available for the first 10 weeks. Float to various clinics on an as needed basis. You must be comfortable working 3-4 days per week, 10-14 hours per shift - no on call required! Licensed as a Registered Nurse Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree Previous Intensive Care Unit, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, Medical Surgical, or previous dialysis experience is a plus! What you can expect: Build long term relationships with patients and their family in an outpatient setting. Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment. Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities which require unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge. Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. You will work with your head, heart and hands each day in a fast paced environment.
