Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator manages the complete lead process within the CRM system, from initial capture and qualification to assignment, tracking, and conversion. This role maintains accurate data, ensures prompt follow-up, and provides clear pipeline visibility, helping sales teams improve efficiency and close opportunities. Positioned between sales, marketing, and operations, this role supports consistent lead management and drives overall sales effectiveness.

Location: Duluth, GA | On-site Monday to Thursday, remote on Friday

Pay: $24/hour

Schedule: 8am-5pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
• Analyzing sales data to provide insights that drive decision-making and strategy.
• Assisting in the preparation of sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets.
• Coordinating communication between various departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Managing sales tools and systems to enhance the effectiveness of our sales efforts.
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new sales team members to ensure their success.

What We’re Looking For

• Salesforce experience is required.
• Preferred experience level is 2-4 years in a sales operations or related role.
• Healthcare background is highly preferred.
• Detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and have experience with CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to foster collaboration within our teams.
• Problem solver who can adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of sales processes and metrics will empower you to contribute effectively to our goals.
