What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Fee position at TRC Talent Solutions?
PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYOperations Management - Oversee the operations function to ensure a sufficient supply of staffing employees is available to meet client needs, to ensure that quality control programs are being followed and documented, and to ensure TRC policies, process and procedures are followed. Lead recruiting team by clearly communicating TRC team procedures & processes, objectives, priorities, and individual performance expectations (recruiter metrics).Evaluate operations staff performance routinely; provide regular positive feedback where it is earned; and plan and deliver specific coaching toimprove employee performance where it does not meet expectations orto support employee career growth.Support TRC success and teamwork with other profit centers by passing sales leads that may provide business in other areas, and by referring staff and staffing employees to locations that are more convenient or in need of skills they possess.Ensure client file information, all sourcing documentation, application tracking, job orders and other pertinent information is updated in ATS/CRM.Make suggestions and recommendations concerning the improvement of operations, shared services communications between branches/sites & process methods. Maintain a working knowledge of all compliance needs and client processes that pertain to the branch/site support.Submit employee time sheets on all branch personnel per company policyManage Branch Team - Recruit, train and manage performance of all operations personnel optimum financial success, for client satisfaction and for employee performance and fulfillment. Conduct timely and constructive performance reviews with each employee; daily, 30-60-90 day, quarterly based on tenure.Compliance ManagementConduct Quarterly Health Check of large accounts:Develop and maintain Health Check Guideline.Scorecard each location on Health Check criteria.Provide Executive Summary and Scorecard of Health Check to TRC Management.Create ideas and solutions for areas of improvement for each location, based on Health Check.Identify operational best practices by observing best in class service processes among current field operations and through industry information.Document and socialize best practice guidelines among field management.Rollout best practices among field operations staff.Develop and continue to enhance field operations resource guides and SLA templates.Ensure the site locations are in compliance with client contract.Participate in Quarterly Review (internal and external as needed) to ensure the field operations are in compliance with established best practices through systemic and periodic review of the corporate and field offices.TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
