Summary
The process engineer will be responsible for overall flow and specifications of manufacturing processes and procedures.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Generation and maintenance of technical / manufacturing documentation for manufacturing specification compliance of manufacture.
· Creation of manufacturing and test specifications for customer orders.
· Creation of manufacturing & quality specifications & documentation.
· Project management of product manufacturing quality.
· Liaison with Materials and Production Depts with regards to materials deliveries etc.
· Maintains production schedule updates.
· Develops and implement 3D AutoCAD Drawings and Build data.
· Any other projects as assigned by manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· A degree in a relevant subject (Electrical Engineering or equivalent). Minimum of 2 year degree required. 4 year degree preferred
· Experience in writing product build instructions
· Articulate and able to clearly communicate verbally and in written form to all levels
· The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients quickly
· The ability to work with operators and production supervision
· Knowledge of Project Management methodology and tools
· Capable of organizing, analyzing and retrieving historic data.
· Able to work effectively to meet agreed timescales having considered and planned the project activities.
