As a Clerk General, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be essential to the success of our organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
-Must have adobe photshop or Indesign software skills
-Someone very detailed and has exp editing.
-Some one who can concentrate on the editing dog show booklets
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Respond to inquiries from team members and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Other duties as assigned
Experience Level: Preferred experience level is 1 to 2 years.
