Corporate Recruiter

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of professional and corporate functions, including case management, insurance, sales, and related business areas. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and corporate positions across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to business leaders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting hiring goals and timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, documentation, and reporting within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for insurance, case management, sales, and other professional-level roles.
• Proven ability to support diverse business functions and labor categories.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
