Position Summary
SayGo Home Loans is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for its Scottsdale, AZ
office. This role partners closely with hiring managers and executive leadership to attract and hire top
talent across sales, operations, and support functions. This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to
executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft effective job descriptions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across loan origination, operations,
and support roles
• Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards,
referrals) to identify talent
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations
• Support employer branding and represent SayGo Home Loans at industry and community
recruiting events
• Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring progress to leadership
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
• 3 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing platforms
Preferred
• Prior recruiting experience in mortgage banking, financial services, or a related industry
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with state and federal employment regulations
Compensation & Benefits
