Summary
Seeking a strategic, consultative Business Development Manager to drive national account growth across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. This role focuses on developing multi-site enterprise relationships and building long-term partnerships centered around asset management and portfolio-wide service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop multi-site national account opportunities
- Build relationships with corporate facilities leaders and executive decision-makers
- Present and implement roofing and flooring solutions including inspections, maintenance, and capital projects
- Lead development and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
- Support onboarding and rollout across client portfolios
- Collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations to ensure consistent execution
- Maintain and manage CRM pipeline (Salesforce or similar)
- Track long-cycle opportunities from prospecting through project award and expansion
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in commercial roofing, facilities, real estate, logistics, or related construction services
- Experience managing multi-site or multi-state customer accounts
- Strong familiarity with Northeast and Mid-Atlantic markets (NY, NJ, PA preferred)
- Ability to discuss roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Metal, Coatings) and advise on repair vs. replacement strategies
- Comfortable with long sales cycles and consultative selling
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region
