What You'll Do
As an RN or LPN, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care while helping residents maintain the highest possible quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing residents and monitoring changes in condition
- Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Aides (CNAs/MACs)
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Educating residents and families
- Responding calmly and effectively to changing resident needs
- Promoting a safe, respectful, and caring environment
What We're Looking For
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is preferred but not required—we welcome new graduates and are happy to provide mentorship.
