Responsibilities
- Participate in the care planning process to help maximize each resident’s potential.
- Supervise and work collaboratively with certified nursing assistants.
- Document assessments and resident care in compliance with standards of care and company policies.
- Educate residents and their families on health-related issues.
- Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to our residents.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid LPN or RN license in the State of Alabama.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
