| Qualifications | ||||||||||
| Required Skills and Qualifications * Minimum of a bachelor's degree * Ten (10) years' experience with military systems * Five (5) years' experience in operational test and evaluation * Must hold a Top-Secret security clearance * Managing a technical workforce in government contracting and/or test environment * Must be experienced in the development and management of work breakdown structures and earned value management measurements * Must have demonstrated ability in monitoring, reporting, and presenting overall project cost, schedule, and performance to the customer * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with documented supervisory experience * Well-organized, results-oriented, energetic, team player with proven decision-making ability * Highly developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and SharePoint * Must be able to support occasional travel (25% or less) as required CONUS/OCONUS Preferred Skills and Qualifications * Experience in the testing and/or development of DoD systems is highly desirable * Advanced professional certifications are desired such as Project Management Professional (PMP),Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred Physical Demands and Working Conditions * The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment * Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time * Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted * Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the duties and responsibilities Terms of Employment and Eligibility Requirements * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent * Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions * Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and periodic retests * Must be able to successfully complete a background check * Must possess or be able to to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment The lists above are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel in this position.
