| Qualifications | ||||||||||
| Required Skills and Qualifications * Minimum of a bachelor's degree * Ten (10) years of experience in logistics operations management * Must be knowledgeable of and able to work a variety of automated systems, processes and procedures, and database formats to include Global Combat Support Systems - Army (GCSS-Army) * Must hold a Top-Secret security clearance * Must be able to work independently * Must have excellent oral and written communication skills * Must have excellent leadership skills * Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Preferred Skills and Qualifications * Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR), the Uniform Commercial Code; and contracts administration is desired * Formal military or civilian Government supply or logistics training is highly desirable Physical Demands and Working Conditions * The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment * Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time * Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time * Must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted * Reasonable accommodation can be made to enable people with disabilities to perform the duties and responsibilities Terms of Employment and Eligibility Requirements * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent * Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions * Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and periodic retests * Must be able to successfully complete a background check * Must possess or be able to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment The lists above are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel in this position.
