| **PENDING CONTRACT AWARD** The Engineering Aide at the Potomac River Test Range (PRTR) will support engineering teams through a variety of tasks and responsibilities crucial to project success. This position performs a myriad of important functions that help streamline engineering processes and ensure that projects run efficiently and effectively. Duties and Responsibilities * Works closely with Test Planning and Management engineers, takes on tasks that range from administrative support to hands-on involvement in project planning and execution * Assists Test Planning and Management engineers in designing, testing, and maintaining systems and equipment * Collects and analyzes data, prepares reports and presentations * Operates and maintains laboratory equipment and performs tests as directed * Organizes and maintains engineering documents and records * Provides technical support to other departments as required * Assists with the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment * Provides general administrative support to the engineering team as needed * Other duties as assigned |
