Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities
- Performs inspections ESH-related activities (e.g., safety inspections, hazard communication, incident
- Verifies that contractors and subcontractors meet ESH requirements in their work plans, training,
- Documents ESH performance and quality assurance results to demonstrate compliance and
- Corrects deficiencies identified during QC reviews to maintain safe and compliant operations
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BA/BS degree (8 additional years of experience in lieu of the degree is acceptable)
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Must clearly convey safety procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements to diverse
- Must work effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a positive, cooperative work
- Must have dynamic problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance
- Ability to maintain clear records and documentation for audits and inspections
- Must be able to manage multiple projects or inspections without compromising quality
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- ASQ CQA preferred but optional
- The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment
- Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time
- Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs. unassisted

- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check

- Must possess or be able to obtain a secret security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment
