Job Description

• CONTRACT PENDING AWARD**
  
  

Responsible for inspecting all post installation, testing, and documented processes to verify quality

standards are met.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs inspections ESH-related activities (e.g., safety inspections, hazard communication, incident
  
  

reporting) to ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Verifies that contractors and subcontractors meet ESH requirements in their work plans, training,
  
  

and emergency preparedness

• Documents ESH performance and quality assurance results to demonstrate compliance and
  
  

continuous improvement

• Corrects deficiencies identified during QC reviews to maintain safe and compliant operations
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BA/BS degree (8 additional years of experience in lieu of the degree is acceptable)
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Must clearly convey safety procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements to diverse
  
  

audiences

• Must work effectively with cross-functional teams to foster a positive, cooperative work
  
  

environment

• Must have dynamic problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance
• Ability to maintain clear records and documentation for audits and inspections
• Must be able to manage multiple projects or inspections without compromising quality
• Must have excellent attention to detail
  
  

Preferred Skills And Qualifications

• ASQ CQA preferred but optional
  
  

Physical Qualifications

• The work of this position is performed in an environmentally controlled office environment
• Must be capable of sitting and entering data on a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Must be able to view computer monitor for extended periods of time
• Must be capable of lifting 25 lbs. unassisted

Terms Of Employment & Eligibility Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license, without special restrictions
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical
• Must possess or be able to obtain a secret security clearance prior to employment and maintain security clearance for the duration of employment
