Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our team on-site in Schaumburg, IL. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of sales goals. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the retail team, managing inventory, implementing store policies, and delivering a positive and brand-aligned shopping experience. You will play an essential role in training staff, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring operational efficiency.
