Job Summary
The Project Manager ensures the smooth operation and optimization of Lighthouse projects. They are responsible for maintaining and enhancing enterprise applications, providing advanced PM support, and driving the implementation of new solutions. Expertise in system administration and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues is essential in supporting the business operations and improving system efficiency.
Responsibilities
The project manager's responsibilities will include planning, executing, and managing a project. They also will ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Planning
Defining goals: Establish the project's scope, objectives, and goals
Creating a plan: Develop a detailed plan that includes tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables
Executing
Leading the team: Ensure the right people are assigned to the right tasks
Managing schedules: Keep track of the project's progress and ensure tasks are completed on time
Managing
Managing risks: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
Managing budgets: Ensure the project is delivered within budget
Managing resources: Allocate resources appropriately and adjust as needed
Managing quality: Run check-ins to identify bottlenecks and ensure the project is error-free
Reporting
Documenting activities: Ensure team members record their progress and the resources they use
Preparing reports: Provide reports to stakeholders that document the project's activities
