Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued throughout their dining experience.
Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to provide a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
Experience
Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Resy or similar reservation systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Experience in fine dining establishments is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
