Your Shift Flow
You’ll clock in, connect with the team on the evening’s reservations and pacing, and get the dining room set for smooth service. Once guests arrive, you’ll stay in motion—coordinating timing between the kitchen and floor, keeping an eye on table readiness, and jumping in wherever the team needs an extra hand. Between rushes, you’ll quickly re-center the room, restock what’s running low, and keep your section looking sharp.
