Medical Assistant (Orthopedic/Hand Surgery) – Bilingual Preferred

Location: Coral Springs, FL

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who is bilingual (English/Spanish), computer savvy, detailed oriented, and experienced in a fast-paced clinical setting.

• Orthopedic experience, casting skills, and eClinicalWorks (eCW) proficiency are highly preferred.
  
  
  

✅ Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW)
• Casting and splinting experience
• Strong computer skills and EMR proficiency
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Perform Patient Intakes accurately
• Maintain a professional, clean, and well-groomed appearance appropriate for a clinical setting
  
  
  

⭐ Preferred

• Orthopedic or hand surgery experience
• Experience in a specialty practice
  
  
  

- Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain past medical history, and assist physician
• Apply/remove casts and splints
• Maintain and stock exam rooms and supplies
• Document accurately in eCW***
• Prepare exam rooms and support patient flow
• Ensure all documentation and/past medical records are in the EMR
• Perform other duties as dicated by the workload
