Key Responsibilities
- Fluently communicate with patients in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
- Prepare patients for medical procedures and treatments
- Clearly explain pre- and post-procedure instructions
- Clearly explain instructions for take home special laboratory testing
- Provide and coordinate patient products and supplements
- Order, track, and follow up on laboratory tests and specialized testing
- Deliver exceptional patient service to promote patient retention and practice growth
- Proactively follow up on lab results and appointments to prevent missed visits
- Communicate test results and provider recommendations to patients and answer questions
- Complete projects accurately and on time with minimal supervision
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Maintain office and product inventory and monitor stock levels
- Assist with the evaluation and recommendation of new products
- Work collaboratively with an elite, high-performing healthcare team while maintaining a low-error environment

- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (speaking, writing, and communication)

Qualifications
- Knowledge of physiology, chemistry, and anatomy preferred

- Experience with EMR/EHR charting required; ability to learn new systems quickly

Duties & Schedule Requirements
- Days Off: Sunday and Monday
- Must be available to work 1/2 day on Saturdays
- Must be able to travel to the Miami office 3-4 times per month
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Wednesday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: Half day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
