- Engage with and educate customers to help them make the best choices for their travel needs
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales goals
- Assume leadership of the store in the absence of the store manager
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain an inviting store environment
- Complete all job responsibilities such as restocking the sales floor, ringing customers, etc. as directed
- Work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and for each other
- Follow our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity

- Ability to work alone or with others and multi-task
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
