- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing reservations through various booking systems.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining cleanliness at the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
