- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages effectively.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
- Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate financial reporting at the end of each day.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support multilingual guests by providing assistance in their preferred language when possible.
Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
