Controller Job Summary:
The Controller serves as an in-office financial leader by overseeing the Director of Accounting, A/R Manager, and A/P Manager. They must work cross-functionally with the on-site accounting department personnel, external CPA firm, and company ownership. The Controller is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of financial information, ensuring compliance, whilst upholding and refining internal standard operating procedures.
The ideal candidate for this role must work in the office Monday through Friday. They have related experience in an organization that provides B2C or B2B services with high-volume accounts receivable operations. They are a hands-on contributor, detail-oriented professional, and one who possesses strong leadership skills with a deep understanding of financial management, accounting best practices, and internal controls.

General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare management reports and KPIs to track financial performance and identify areas of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with company ownership to provide strategic financial insights, budget/revenue forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Manage month- and year-end closing procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Partner with the company’s external CPA firm to support audits and tax preparation.
- Perform all daily duties as assigned by the Executive Management Team.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (mandatory, in-office)
