We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled, fast-paced, sales-driven Travel Agent who thrives in an energetic environment and can confidently handle a high workload with accuracy and professionalism.
We are not looking for beginners.
We are looking for someone who loves travel, has strong industry knowledge, and can deliver exceptional client experiences while moving quickly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with clients to understand their travel style, needs, and budget
- Research, plan, and book global travel — flights, hotels, cruises, tours, packages, and custom itineraries
- Manage high call and booking volume with speed, accuracy, and confidence
- Troubleshoot changes, schedule shifts, and cancellations with urgency and care
- Deliver 5-star service before, during, and after travel
- Stay current on travel trends, policies, suppliers, consortia tools, and destination updates
- Build strong relationships with hotels, cruise lines, and supplier partners
- Maintain organized client records and detailed booking notes
- Meet individual and team sales goals in a supportive, collaborative environment
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of travel agent experience required (OTAs, agencies, tourism boards, hospitality, or similar)
- Strong sales background and ability to close confidently
- Fast, accurate multitasking — this is a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and client-relationship skills
- High attention to detail (quality control is key)
- Experience with booking software (GDS, cruise lines, supplier portals, ClientBase, etc.)
- Professional, positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for travel and deep knowledge of destinations, brands, and suppliers
- Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
