Become a US Passport and Visa Concierge Specialist and “travel the world” through the clients you help every day. This role is great for someone coming from restaurant, retail, or delivery work who wants steady hours, a supportive team, and a calmer pace.
We help travelers obtain passports, visas, and mail services. Every day is different. No experience required — just strong customer service skills, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Choose the schedule that works for you:
• Morning shift: 9am–2pm
• Afternoon shift: 2pm–7pm
• Saturday shift: 10am–3pm
• Or mix and match — work as much or as little as you prefer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide clear, friendly guidance to clients on their passport and visa needs; explain service options so they can make informed decisions.
• Assist customers with completing application forms accurately and efficiently.
• Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Advise clients based on their travel timelines and expectations.
• Take ownership of each case from start to finish: communicate proactively, solve issues, and coordinate with internal teams to build client confidence.
• Track application progress, communicate with other offices, and provide timely updates.
• Troubleshoot challenges as they arise.
• Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Stay informed about updates to passport, visa, and legalization requirements.
• Meet performance goals (completed orders, downgraded orders, client reviews, etc.).
