We are seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Clarkston, Washington.
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years recent acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Available to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts
Job Responsibilities:
As a PCU travel nurse, you will care for patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessment. This includes utilizing computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information, detecting any changes and enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations.
You will be responsible for providing basic bedside care, stabilizing critical cardiac patients, changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs, preparing and administering prescribed medication, and monitoring and adjusting specialized equipment used on patients.
