About the Role:
This is a 12-hour night shift position with ASAP start date. As a travel nurse RN PCU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a progressive care unit setting. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a progressive care unit setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
Requirements:
- RN license with current registration
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a registered nurse in a progressive care unit setting
