Travel CT Technologist Job Description
We are seeking a Computed Tomography Technologist (CT Tech) for an immediate travel opening in Eureka Springs, AR.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience and be able to perform the following tasks:
- Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
- Position patients correctly for scanning
- Use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images
- Administer radiocontrast agents as needed
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality
- Maintain accurate patient records using McKesson PACS system
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 1 year of experience as a CT Tech
- BLS certification
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) National Certification
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- A sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
This is a travel position working 36 hours per week with 12 hour shifts. The pay package includes a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
