The Luxury Guest Advisor serves as the first point of contact for in-house guests and our property management team. This role ensures seamless communication, prompt issue resolution, and real-time guest support to uphold the elevated service standards of the Travel Life Vacations brand.
Sign-On Bonus
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus!
- $250 will be paid on your first paycheck.
- $250 will be paid after successful completion of 90 days of employment.
Bonus payments are subject to standard payroll taxes and require the employee to be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and text messages from guests and internal team members.
- Communicate updates, concerns, and resolutions clearly and promptly.
- Report, assign, and schedule maintenance or service needs with the property management team.
- Respond to guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and warmth.
- Troubleshoot common guest and property issues using internal systems and resources.
- Maintain accurate, timely property and guest information across all systems.
- Provide real-time updates regarding maintenance, HOA notices, or property changes.
- Document all communications and actions thoroughly within system notes.
- Build positive working relationships with coworkers, vendors, and partner teams.
Additional Duties May Include:
- Creating or updating reservations.
- Responding to booking inquiries.
- Updating internal resources and system information.
- Assisting with guest compensation requests when service issues occur.
- Supporting special projects or tasks assigned by leadership.
Desired Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Calm, solution-focused approach in high-stress situations.
- Comfortable navigating Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office.
- Typing speed of approximately 50–60 WPM.
- Familiarity with local destinations, properties, or hospitality environments preferred.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in an office setting.
- Reliable transportation.
Physical Requirements
- Extended periods sitting and working at a computer.
- Occasional standing and moving between locations.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds as needed.
Schedule
Shifts may include:
8am–4pm | 9am–5pm | 10am–6pm | 2pm–10pm
Part-time fractional shifts may be available.
Weekend availability is required, and schedules typically include a mix of shift times within the same week.
