Outdoor Sales Representative - Hourly Base + Uncapped Commission

Job Summary

The Community Marketing Agent works with popular local attractions such as the local aquarium and zoo, Riverwalk mall, hotels, and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for Wyndham Destinations. In this sales-based role, engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Pay & Compensation

• Uncapped commission for every appointment that shows
• Additional monthly bonus when guests purchase at their appointment
• Top earners make $100K–$135K annually
• Paid even on slow days — commission is upside, not survival

Schedule

• Full-time
• Must be available to work weekends
• Daytime hours
• Start dates available immediately

What You’ll Be Doing

• Approaching tourists in public areas
• Starting friendly conversations
• Explaining incentives and inviting guests to attend a presentation
• Working outdoors and on your feet
• Tracking appointments you set

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable talking to strangers all day
• Confident, upbeat, and coachable
• Able to handle rejection and stay positive
• Sales, hospitality, serving, bartending, or promotional experience is a plus (not required)
• No experience necessary — we train
