The Role
We're seeking a Project & Platform Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our marketing efforts. This role combines technical platform management with project coordination to keep our digital systems humming while ensuring marketing initiatives get across the finish line successfully. This position manages the day-to-day operations of our CRM, CMS and marketing automation systems while coordinating marketing initiatives from conception to completion.

What to Expect
You'll work from our downtown Eugene office alongside a team that genuinely enjoys collaborating and believes in our mission. The role offers potential for hybrid work after your first few months. While most of your time will be spent on platform management and project coordination, you'll also occasionally pitch in at our visitor center during busy periods, help at community events and deliver materials to local businesses — work that keeps you connected to the real-world impact of what we do.
Starting pay: $23/hour (full-time, non-exempt)
